Job Description SummaryOur Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.
Position Details:
Mercy Clinics Primary Care - FLOAT (South County)
Position: Part-time (24 hours/week)
Location:
Mercy Technical Services
3637 S Geyer Rd
Saint Louis MO 63127
Position will support surrounding clinics.
Schedule: Monday Friday 0800-1630
No nights weekends or holidays!
**Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings **
Highly Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
Excellent time management and prioritization.
Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
LPN Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
Licensure: Active LPN license.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
RN Qualifications:
Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing Graduation from registered nursing program bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelors degree.
Licensure: Active RN license.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
