Purpose and Objective:
SAP America aBusiness Processes Senior Consultantat ourReston VAlocationtodrive business consulting by translating the customers vision into solutions.
Expectations and Tasks:
Map business processes to solution requirements. Drive change management to achieve business transformationobjectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise cloud and hybrid) applyingstate-of-the-artmethodologies and standards. Design develop troubleshootdebugand deploy integrations/applications for customers. Provide architect solutions. Assist with Sales activities. Leadcustomerfacing technical engagements. Troubleshoot complex integration issues. UtilizeSuccessfactorsproducts to aid in workshops and architect with global teams regularly and handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops andtrainings. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Troubleshoot complex integration thataredelivered as part ofPreferredSuccess Service. Create/modify/debug/deploy integration flows in SAP CPI as per customer requirements. Build leading-edge integrationsutilizingnew features delivered by-product as an early adopter in the SAP ecosystem. Design and build complex custom payroll benefits demographic and security data integrations in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Write SOAP/OData protocol-based API queries to read/write data in/out of SuccessFactors System. Buildmessage XSLT mappings and write complex groovy/java scripts to implement business requirements. Build & configure Integration Center Jobs and Intelligent Service Events in SuccessFactors System. Write Technical Design Documents and Integration Run Documents.
Education andOccupational Experience:
Bachelorsdegree or foreign equivalent inComputer Science Engineering Information Technologyor a related field of studyandsix (6)years ofprogressive post-baccalaureateexperience in the job offered or related aMastersdegree or foreign equivalent inComputer Science Engineering Information Technologyor a related field of studyandfour (4)years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and CompetenciesExperience:
Experience must includefour (4)yearsinvolving each ofthe following:
SAP Integration Suite (CPI);
SF Employee Central SF OData API SF Technical skillset and SFWorkzone;
XML XSLT and Groovy Scripting;
Ant Maven Eclipse and IntelliJ Build tools;
Servlets JSP Struts and Spring Framework;
Oracle Database and PL/SQL; and
JAVA and J2EE Web App Development.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary for this position is$175427.SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towarddemonstratingSAPs commitment to pay equity. SAPprovidesthe annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is$175427- $202000. Theactual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. asdeterminedthrough the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollaramountand any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
