Job Summary
Reports to: Dean of Students / Assistant Principal
Schedule:
- MondayFriday
- 10:00 AM 1:00 PM (3 hours per day)
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $15/hour
- Daily Pay: $45/day
Position Overview:
The Lunch & Recess Supervisor supports a safe structured and positive environment for students during lunch and recess while reinforcing school expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students in the cafeteria and playground
- Ensure student safety at all times
- Reinforce expectations: Be Respectful Responsible and Safe
- Support positive behavior and help resolve minor conflicts
- Communicate concerns to staff and administration
- Assist with transitions to and from lunch/recess
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable consistent and student-centered
