Overview
We are seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to support inventory management material handling and order fulfillment within a production or warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt storage and distribution of materials parts and supplies to support operational workflows.
This role supports warehouse and production operations with a strong focus on kitting inventory control and material fulfillment. The position is responsible for preparing issuing and staging materials to support production workflows.
Key responsibilities include pulling and building kits based on work orders and bills of materials (BOMs) verifying part numbers and quantities and ensuring materials are accurately issued to production. The role also involves receiving and inspecting incoming materials maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates and resolving discrepancies.
Candidates will work within an inventory/ERP system to process transactions track material usage and ensure proper documentation. Close coordination with operations and production teams is required to ensure kits and materials are delivered on time and aligned with production schedules.
Ideal candidates have experience in warehouse inventory or manufacturing environments along with forklift experience and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is preferred.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support continuous material flow across operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and able to work collaboratively to maintain efficient material flow and high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive store and distribute materials parts and supplies to support operational needs
- Prepare and issue materials based on work orders or operational requirements
- Verify incoming materials for accuracy condition and quantity
- Maintain accurate inventory balances through regular cycle counts and system updates
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies including missing or incorrect materials
- Track material usage and ensure alignment with production or operational schedules
- Process transactions within inventory or ERP systems
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of material requests
- Support continuous improvement of inventory processes and workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in inventory warehouse supply chain or material handling environments preferred
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus
