Partner Facilitator:
The Partnership Facilitator works directly with the interns at the school.

This position will collaborate with the administration to create a culture of coaching in the school.
The focus will be on building the capacity to help teams meet goals for the three main priorities of school-wide achievement student groups and connection.
Partnership Facilitators will help provide interns with the knowledge skills and dispositions needed to ensure the highest possible levels of learning for ALL students and adults.
Applicants should have skills to build trusting relationships seek innovation work through an equity lens and focus on a results orientation.
