Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel Tuscaloosa Inc. is looking for an experienced leader to join our team as Warehouse this position you will safely lead the development of our Warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with Maintenance and Purchasing to deliver excellent customer value. The role involves building strong relationships with internal and external customers managing all receiving warehousing and inventory functions for the main campus and remote warehouses.

- Inventory setup physical warehouse organization and inventory system management
- Drive cost control and efficiency
- Foster team member growth and development
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years leadership experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher education in Industrial Maintenance Logistics Supply Chain Management or Business.
- Supervisory experience in Warehouse Logistics Manufacturing E-Commerce or Distribution.
