10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst Technical Product Owner or Systems Analyst in an Agile software development environment. Industry Expertise: Proven domain knowledge in Global Banking FinTech or Payment Sales (e.g. payment gateways B2B/B2C transactions cross-border payments or financial APIs). Agile Fluency: Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and enterprise tools (e.g. Jira Confluence). Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical architecture system integrations and data flows well enough to communicate effectively with software engineers. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for translating business and design jargon into technical specifications (and vice versa).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to understand business objectives customer journeys and proposed design solutions within the global payments ecosystem.
