The Operations Clerk I provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department. This role assists with coordinating operational activities maintaining documentation and supporting leadership in implementing business processes policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager
Assist in coordinating operational activities across the department
Maintain accurate documentation records and reports
Process Coordination & Improvement
Support the development and implementation of policies procedures and business processes
Assist in communicating operational strategies and company policies to employees
Help establish or adjust workflows to meet production or operational schedules
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency performance and service quality
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare review and maintain operational documentation
Ensure accuracy and consistency of records and reports
Assist in tracking operational performance and metrics
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational goals
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Support implementation of operational solutions and initiatives
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and working conditions
Contribute ideas to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Experience
1 3 years of experience in administrative clerical or operations support roles
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
