JOB TITLE: RF Engineer
LOCATION: Andover MA
PAY RATE: $118.70/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (interim required to start).

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Support development and production of complex RF multi-function modules across the full product lifecycle.

• Design and develop RF circuits modules and subsystems from concept through prototyping and full-rate production.

• Solve complex technical problems with innovative and effective solutions.

• Independently identify troubleshoot and resolve design and integration issues.

• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware systems circuit design manufacturing and technicians.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (interim required to start).

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Masters degree.

• Extensive experience in RF design at CCA subsystem or module level.

• Experience with schematic capture RF block diagram reviews and CCA development.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for design and integration issues.

• Experience with microwave test equipment (e.g. network analyzers spectrum analyzers).

• Proficiency with RF/microwave simulation tools (e.g. ADS CST Microwave Studio HFSS).

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
