Job Summary

Title : Network Engineer(L2 Support)
Location : Baltimore MD 21230 (Onsite)
Job Type: W2

Must-Have:

8 years of experience in a Network Operations

Must have good on-ground hands-on experience of the hardware cabling (copper fiber) understanding of the patch panel and physical connectivity as hand and eye support would be the key role.

Excellent knowledge on routers catalyst and Nexus switches Cisco WLC is must

Good knowledge on switching including DC environment.

Knowledge in SDWAN (Aruba silver peak) & SDWAN Meraki

Basic understanding of Zscaler.

Knowledge of high availability protocols and design on both Layer 2 and Layer 3

Good understanding of Cisco Meraki Wireless

Good understanding of SNMP protocol

Working experience of routing protocols (implementation and troubleshooting)

Good to Have:

Ability to work individually and as part of a team potentially covering extended working hours

Working experience in incident management processes and prioritization

Networking certifications one or more of the following CCNP or similar lever other certifications.

Desire to learn new technologies and develop advanced networking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
