Job Title:
Senior Product Manager Promotions Management
Office Requirement: You must work on site in Raleigh NC for one full week each month (minimum).
Commuting Distance: Candidates must already live close enough to Raleigh to commute because the company will not provide travel reimbursement.
Role Summary:
The Senior Product Manager Promotions Management owns the end to end strategy roadmap and delivery of enterprise promotions capabilities across omnichannel retail. This role partners closely with Merchandising Pricing Marketing Store Operations Supply Chain Finance and Technology to enable scalable compliant and profitable promotional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product vision strategy and roadmap for promotions management platforms across digital and store channels.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate promotional needs into product outcomes.
- Lead executive level conversations on tradeoffs prioritization and ROI.
- Drive Agile delivery teams through discovery requirements launch and value realization.
- Own core promotions capabilities including offers vendor funded deals campaigns couponing loyalty compliance and auditability.
- Define and track KPIs such as promotional lift margin impact adoption and execution accuracy.
- Establish governance and risk management processes for promotions setup and execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 10 years of product management experience with 5 years owning enterprise retail or commerce platforms.
- Proven experience delivering pricing promotions and merchandising solutions at scale.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail operations and promotional execution complexity.
- Strong product sense executive communication and stakeholder influence.
- Data driven mindset with KPIs experimentation and value tracking.
- Experience working in Agile / Product Operating Models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise promotions engines pricing platforms or commerce suites.
- Exposure to vendor funded promotions and trade spend management.
- Deep understanding of Pricing & Promotions POS ecommerce platforms or loyalty systems.
- Retail domain experience in automotive specialty retail grocery or big box.
