Job Description

Daily Responsibilities

• Drive daily operational production
• Responsible for ensuring all subordinate organizations provide quality work on time and on budget
• Responsible for cross functional coordination to ensure build / schedule align with customer priorities
• Management of key performance metrics (KPIs - Build production Overage Job Management Market Productivity etc.)
• Maintain Daily Production Sheets / Reporting and ensure company databases are kept current and accurate with daily progress photos etc.
• Read & Interpret construction prints
• Manage customer escalations / roadblock mitigation
• Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
• Performs other duties as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of direct supervisory management experience leading Wireline Outside Plant Construction Teams & proven production management
• 5 years of experience with Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Wireline Outside Plant Construction experience
• Demonstrated proficiency at placing Fiber Cable in the Right of Way (ROW)
• Demonstrated track record of building successful teams effectively motivating people and maintaining effective relationships with clients owners and team members
• Self-Motivated with Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other tools / applications as needed
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Enjoys managing a workforce daily (safety quality and production)
• Ability to think critically anticipate opportunities for improvement and forward thinking

Desired Qualifications
Managing project budgets or related financial experience
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
