Position: API Backend Engineer
Location: Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
Looking for a strong API/Backend Engineer to support cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable APIs enhancing backend systems and working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance APIs and backend services using Java & Spring Boot
Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS
Manage deployments infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
Support modernization of legacy systems
Work across teams and contribute with minimal supervision

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Java Spring Boot and API development
Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS Lambda Glue IAM CloudWatch)
Experience with Aurora PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
Knowledge of API Gateway tools and GraphQL (preferred)
Experience with GitHub and CloudFormation for CI/CD

Nice to Have:

Understanding of IAM OAuth and API security concepts
Ability to quickly adapt and work across multiple projects
