Job Summary

Durban North. An established company in the Clothing industry is seeking a Raw Materials Supervisor with at least 2 years relevant experience and strong background and knowledge of fabrics / materials and stock / inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee receipt storage and issuing of raw materials to support production
Maintain accurate stock control (SAP and Sync) including cycle counts and reconciliations
Ensure timely material availability to prevent production downtime
Monitor quality handling and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with procurement warehouse production and external CMTs
Manage staff allocate duties and track performance
Control costs minimise waste and ensure accurate reporting

Requirements:

Matric
Textile qualification advantageous
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
SAP experience essential; strong Sync and advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of fabrics and materials handling
Strong numeracy attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Own reliable transport and valid drivers license
