Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

As a Senior in EY GDS Tech Ops practice you will design build and deploy intelligent systems that streamline business and IT Operational processes by integrating Artificial Intelligence (LLMs NLP Vision) with automation tools (RPA APIs). You will identify opportunities build and operationalize AI and automation solutions and ensuring alignment with EYs quality standards and client expectations. This role requires a senior developer with experience in building deploying and managing AI & automation solution in managed services engagements.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for decision-making optimizing processes resource management and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel supervising team members assigning tasks ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
• Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows
• Integrate LLMs (e.g. GPT) NLP and computer vision models into existing systems via APIs.
• Identify analyse and automate repetitive tasks across the life cycle of operations and engineer.
• Write custom scripts (mostly Python) to connect disparate platforms and build automation logic.
• Monitor maintain and debug automated workflows to ensure reliability and high performance.
• Create technical documentation and best-practice guidelines for deployed automation solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Platform team to identify integrate and manage AI and point solutions into the AI Platforms.
• Collaborate with AI Automation Operations Engineering and business stakeholders to identify build and operationalize AI and automation solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI automation tools and accelerators across engagements and practices.
• Support business development efforts involving automation & AI solution including proposals presentations and client workshops.
• Ensure compliance with EYs risk management and security standards.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
• Ability to analyse complex processes and design automated solutions.
• Experience building AI and automation solutions & tools in managed services engagements is a plus.
• Understanding of ITSM and ITIL methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in developing implementing and managing AI & automation solutions and tools.
• Experience with LLMs RAG architecture NLP frameworks AI Ops low-code tools and scripting languages (Python JavaScript/TypeScript)
