Execute project management activities across all knowledge areas from scoping through commissioning and closure
Interaction with all relevant stakeholders like consultants OEMs contractors relevant and the PMO for all phases of the project
Manage the quality of all deliverables through an appropriate quality assurance program
Ensure construction safety with strict adherence to safety rules with a 0 accident approach
Monitor and Control Project
Daily weekly and monthly reviews with team and various stakeholders internal and external
Progress reporting as per project management plan / communication management plan
Quality assurance quality audits and inspection overview
Continuous tracking of strict adherence to safety rules
Continuous risk identification and monitoring
Team Building
Build required team as approved by management
Train and condition them to required level for efficient discharge of duties.
Assist Procurement and manage contracts
Preparation of ordering specification
Technical clarification and finalization of bids and providing technical recommendations
Monitoring of manufacturing progress and manufacturing quality
Engineering support for transport logistics
Manage contracts efficiently for desired performance by the contractor with minimal issues and claims.
Adaptation to available ERP/ manual systems/ softwar
Essentially adapt to various organizational process assets like communication methods ERP in use any other project management software other organizational processes et.
Implement review and reporting systems as per project Communication Management plan
