Job Summary

HW Rework Support:
- Coordinating re-work activities on date-to-date requests (Soldering & BGA rework)
- Hands on BGA workstations
- Hands on Allegro software
- Toolbox case entry to maintain a rework history.
- Issue/Returns on daily transactions for assets

Working experience with X-Ray machine operations and Hands on BGA workstations ( Machine rework)

Expertise in WIRE HARNESS Lacing routing Crimping PTH and SMD component soldering like DFN QFN TQFP SOIC Turret Lugs etc.

Knowledge in IPC -A-610 standards J-std-001 standards

Knowledge in 5S concepts.
