Job Description:
Job Title : Gravity Payments Integration Specialist
Job Type : Contract
Experience : 8-12 Years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana
Responsibilities:
- Experience with payment gateway integrations/fintech systems
- Experience integrating payment solutions into ERP/CRM systems
- Knowledge of POS systems or merchant services
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs webhooks and payment processing flows
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Python Java or PHP
- Understanding of billing systems invoicing and financial workflows
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS integrations
- Knowledge of PCI compliance and data security best practices
- Design and implement integrations using Gravity Payments APIs and tools such as EmergePay and Easy Integrator
- Develop and configure customer payment portals that support invoice presentment and payment collection
- Integrate payment functionality into web mobile and POS systems
- Customize self-service customer portals with branding workflows and payment options
- Enable real-time data synchronization with client systems
- Ensure integrations comply with PCI standards and secure payment processing protocols
- Collaborate with integration teams to complete testing review beta rollout and production launch phases
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
- Work with clients to understand billing workflows and business requirements
- Support onboarding and training for portal users and internal teams
- Coordinate with support teams to maintain portal functionality
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
