Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Controllership

Partner with internal finance stakeholders & BU leadership to drive financial performance profitability and cost efficiency
Ensure robust monthly/quarterly closures with high accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
Maintain strong internal controls and compliance within the One Nykaa governance framework

2. Financial Operations

Oversee financial operations including revenue payables receivables and working capital
Drive efficiency in inventory management vendor payouts and cash flow cycles
Lead process standardization and automation aligned with One Nykaa systems and ERP

3. Reporting & Governance

Deliver structured MIS dashboards and business reviews for senior leadership
Support consolidation and reporting requirements at the One Nykaa level
Ensure audit readiness and strengthen governance processes across the BU

5. Strategic & Commercial Support

Support margin improvement and cost optimization programs
Provide financial inputs for new launches partnerships and channel expansion
