Job Summary
Job Title: Deputy Manager Telecalling (Home Loan Sales)

We are hiring a Deputy Manager to lead a telecalling team for home loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation improving conversion ratios and achieving team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and handle a team of telecallers (10 20 members)
- Drive outbound sales for Home Loans LAP and Balance Transfer cases
- Ensure maximum conversion of leads into login and disbursement
- Monitor daily calling activity productivity and performance
- Conduct training coaching and team motivation activities
- Maintain MIS reports and track team performance
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth processing Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 3 6 years of experience in telesales / inside sales
- Minimum 1 2 years of team handling experience
- BFSI / Housing Finance experience preferred
