Integrate the Regulatory Affairs team and act directly with both internal and external clients to provide exceptional service in information product documentation and certifications that ensures compliance with Givaudans Quality and Food Safety standards those of clients as well as the corresponding regulations.

• You will report to the Sr Regulatory Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Send documentation required by external and internal clients.

• Maintain and control records (INAL MLV LCSP SENASA).

• Provide internal clients with compliant reviews of formulas and documentation within an expedited timeframe to support global commercial creative and research programs.

• Provide sales support in the marketing of assigned products.

• Maintain and manage request records.

Required Skills and background:

• Bachelors Degree Technical degree or current students.

• At least 3 years of experience relevant to this role.

• Upper intermediate/Advanced English level

• MS Office suite
