The Product Manager is an integral part of Lathams Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to define drive and evolve the strategic vision for enterprise technology products and platforms while leading the strategic lifecycle of crossdepartmental technology products and balancing firmwide strategic outcomes with nearterm delivery needs and operational priorities.This role will be located in our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Defining documenting and communicating multiyear product vision and strategy across multiple products and translating strategic intent into clear actionable product direction for delivery teams
• Partnering with senior business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to evaluate product investments guide prioritization decisions and align business strategy with technology delivery
• Developing and maintaining portfoliolevel roadmaps that articulate product sequencing dependencies and longterm direction and communicating releases and milestones to stakeholders
• Engaging directly in product definition and solution shaping to resolve ambiguity mitigate risk unblock delivery or accelerate value realization for critical initiatives
• Overseeing product health performance and value realization across the product portfolio using metrics outcomes and feedback to inform ongoing strategy
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
  

Wed love to hear from you if you:

• Possess expert knowledge of product management practices and the Agile software development lifecycle
• Demonstrate the ability to define and articulate enterpriselevel product vision and strategy across multiple products
• Exhibit advanced ability to translate business strategy into clear actionable product direction

And have:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent in information systems computer science engineering management or a related field preferably
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a product manager for Agile software development teams or related areas
• Technical certifications in relevant areas such as Agile Certification Scrum Master or SAFe preferably
