Schedule

• Shifts: Days / Nights / Weekends
• 36 hours per week (Guaranteed)
• Holiday coverage required
• Overtime applicable after 12 hours per week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. The CNA will work closely with nursing staff to provide compassionate high-quality patient-centered care while supporting residents daily needs safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Perform routine rounds and basic assessments
• Document patient information per facility policy
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Communicate effectively with nurses families and care teams
• Maintain a safe supportive and team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active California CNA Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience
