Navitas Healthcare LLC is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. The CNA will work closely with nursing staff to provide compassionate high-quality patient-centered care while supporting residents daily needs safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Perform routine rounds and basic assessments
Document patient information per facility policy
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Communicate effectively with nurses families and care teams
Maintain a safe supportive and team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active California CNA Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
