We are seeking a Manager - Youth Apprenticeships to:
Lead UW Healths Youth Apprenticeship HOPE summer internship and non-clinical registered apprenticeship programs.
Oversee staff including Career Pathways coordinators and supporting operational and educational teams.
Manage program operations resources schedules and continuous quality improvement.
Partner with internal leaders and instructional staff to deliver high-quality cost-effective education.
Collaborate with external partners including K12 school districts technical colleges community organizations and state workforce agencies.
Develop and support new programs aligned with workforce pipeline and equity goals.
Monitor apprentice and intern progress and ensure consistent program delivery across UW Health sites.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in education science management or healthcare. Required
Masters Degree in related field. Preferred
Work Experience
5 years leadership experience in healthcare and/or education. Required
Experience leading workforce development youth programming or career pathway initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Youth Mental Health First Aid Preferred
