Job Summary
Position: Section In Charge – Grading
Department: Production
Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Manager
Role Objective
To manage the Grading Section effectively in order to achieve production quality hygiene safety and efficiency targets.
Shift Targets
- Production ≥ 19.5 MT
- Material Balance: 100% Compliance
- Zero Batch Mixing
Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitor daily operations of the Grading Section.
- Ensure adherence to GMP GHP FIFO 5S and safety standards.
- Maintain correct labeling and batch traceability at all stages.
- Train manpower and monitor productivity levels.
- Ensure all machines follow the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize breakdowns and avoid production loss.
- Maintain hygiene housekeeping and discipline in the section.
- Prepare and report shift-wise production and efficiency data.
- Stop operations in case of any quality or safety risks.
Authority
- Control and allocate manpower within the section.
- Reject non-conforming materials.
- Enforce GMP compliance strictly.
- Stop unsafe operations immediately when required.
