We are looking for a Director of Food & Beveragewith following duties and requirements:

As aDirector of Food & Beverage werely on you to:
作为酒店餐饮总监需承担以下主要工作职责
for the administration of Food & Beverage develop and implement all plans for Food & Beverage operation;
2. Responsible for achieving the departments operating income target and profit target;
3. Work with the Executive Chef to plan and design menus and develop Food & Beverage products for local needs;
working relationship with other departments to ensure guests receive satisfactory Food & Beverageproducts and good service;
restaurant marketing strategy urge staff to do a good job in Food & Beveragepromotion improve Food & Beveragesales revenue;
up the whole material management system and strictly manage the equipment materials and utensils of the restaurant.
1负责餐饮部行政管理工作制定并实施餐饮经营的所有计划
2负责实现部门的营业收入指标和利润指标
3与行政总厨一起筹划和设计菜单开发当地需求的餐饮产品
4协调与其他部门的工作关系确保宾客得到满意的餐饮产品和良好的服务
5制定餐厅推销策略督促员工做好食品饮料的推销工作提高餐饮销售收入
6建全物资管理制度对餐厅的设备物资用具等严格管理
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备
least 2 years working experiencein international hotelin the same position;
2. Master the basic theory of catering management familiar with cooking drinks cost accounting budget control market research price and other professional knowledge and catering service reception etiquette;
3. Have the ability to direct control and organize the implementation of the work of the department complete the budget management objectives and cost accounting economic analysis;
4. Good team leadership collaborative spirit organization and planning ability; Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of management staff at all levels of the Food & Beverage department.
1至少2年以上国际五星级酒店同岗位工作经验
2掌握餐饮管理基本理论熟悉烹饪酒水成本核算预算控制市场调研制订价格等专业知识和餐饮服务接待礼仪
3有指挥控制和组织实施本部门工作全面完成预算管理目标和成本核算经济分析的能力
4具有良好的团队领导力协作精神组织及策划能力善于调动餐饮部各级管理人员的积极性
