Job Summary:
Provides logistical administrative and some (entry level) technical support to the CFC Programs & Post-Production teams in all areas of program administration and post-production.
Responsibilities:
Programs:
- Provide general administrative support to the Programs team in the planning and execution of program/post activities
- Help to facilitate room bookings set-ups logistics catering etc. for sessions workshops and program-related events
- Assist with updating Salesforce database as needed
Post-Production:
- Provide general assistance with post-production support logging filing digitizing material etc.
- Provide internal post and technical support as it relates to post-production processes and deliverables including assisting with the processing of incoming footage gathering paperwork for post teams and organizing media project folders and bins for delivery
- Assist with the maintenance of CFCs post-production equipment program media archives and the coordination of all post and program technical/AV setups
Required Qualifications:
- Applicants should be working towards a degree or diploma in film or media production arts management or a related field
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy and manage time within a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude
- Ability to organize follow-up plan prioritize and problem-solve
- Computer savvy and proficient with Google Workspace Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook
Assets:
- Post-Production experience
- Working knowledge of any of the following: Adobe Creative Suite Davinci Resolve AVID Media Composer
