Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator who doesnt just execute campaigns but thinks differently about how to drive business.

This is a dynamic multi-property role across two distinct Melbourne properties where your ideas creativity and commercial mindset will directly influence how we attract guests drive revenue and bring our brands to life.

Youll play a key role in shaping campaigns that cut through by tapping into moments staying on top of trends and applying local insights to drive engagement foot traffic and bookings. From launching F&B concepts to amplifying hotel experiences this role is for someone who enjoys connecting creativity with results.

What youll do:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns that drive overall hotel performance with a strong focus on F&B and leisure initiatives
• Assist in creating engaging on-brand content across social web and digital platforms
• Stay across social and cultural trends contributing ideas on how we can tap into them in relevant and timely ways
• Support campaigns that increase direct bookings venue visitation and local awareness
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and venue teams to help bring campaigns and activations to life on property
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimisation and reporting
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while tailoring content for each propertys audience

About you:

• Passion for hospitality dining and creating experiences people want to be part of
• Youre naturally curious and always thinking: how can we do this differently
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for detail and brand tone
• Experience with platforms like Canva Meta Business Suite Sprinklr (or similar)
• Highly organised proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities
