Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Air System Applications Specialist to support the performance and optimization of industrial compressed air systems across customer sites. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to analyze system behavior identify improvement opportunities and support technical decisions related to system design and operation.

The position sits at the interface between engineering product and customer operations acting as a technical reference for compressed air systems and contributing with practical insights from the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization initiatives for compressed air systems across customer sites
• Analyze system performance and identify efficiency and reliability improvements
• Support system design and control strategy discussions
• Act as a technical reference in customer interactions and system assessments
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams providing field insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement of air management practices
• Support internal teams (Support Sales Customer Success) with technical expertise

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Solid experience in application engineering or technical support
• Hands-on field experience in industrial environments
• Solid experience with industrial compressed air systems and good understanding of system controls and industrial processes
• Advanced English
• Advanced Spanish

Preferred

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering operations etc.)
