The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and partner closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in financial management reporting compliance and continuous improvement across the Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Finance Team (Finance Assistant & Financial Officer)
- Deliver monthly financial reporting insights and analysis
- Manage budgets forecasting and cash flow
- Oversee financial acquittals project costing and payroll audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory audit and reporting requirements
- Manage audit insurance and risk processes
- Support program managers with financial understanding and performance
- Prepare reports for the Board and Finance Committee
- Drive process improvements controls and cost efficiencies
- Oversee investment management and treasury activities
About You
Essential:
- Degree in Accounting CA/CPA qualified
- 5 years experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong financial reporting modelling budgeting & forecasting skills
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
- Experience with TechnologyOne (CiA)
- Background in not-for-profit / community services
- Experience in process improvement and transformation
