Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Full-Time
Location: Palm Coast Florida
A well-established community-focused healthcare organization in Northeast Florida is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient team in Palm Coast.
Position Overview
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or geriatric patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine check-ups preventive care and health screenings
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care with specialists and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Emphasize quality care patient satisfaction and continuity of care
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active or eligible for Florida medical license
Active/eligible DEA registration
Strong clinical communication and patient engagement skills
Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
