You will guide the evolution of HSSE culture across a complex manufacturing site balancing regulatory requirements with real-world operations. By applying Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles you will help the organization understand how work actually happens and how systems can be improved to reduce serious risks and support longterm success.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Lead and develop a highperforming HSSE team that supports site objectives.
Design and execute HSSE strategies focused on learning and prevention.
Partner with site leaders through coaching and trusted advisory support.
Apply riskbased and operational learning approaches to daily work.
Strengthen incident nearmiss and learning processes that are nonpunitive.
Use audits and inspections as tools for insight and improvement.
Analyze trends and share clear HSSE insights across the organization.
Contribute to global and regional HSSE programs and best practices.
Your background
Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Chemical or Occupational Health Sciences.
Around 8 years of HSE experience ideally within manufacturing environments.
At least 3 year of experience in a people or team leadership role.
Strong capability in coaching influencing and collaborative problem solving.
Working knowledge of HSSE regulations and management systems.
Confidence operating in matrixed and crossfunctional organizations.
