Navitas Healthcare LLC is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Care setting. The role includes supervising daily nursing activities during night shifts while ensuring safe compliant and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily nursing activities during assigned shift
Provide direct patient care including assistance with ADLs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
Ensure compliance with federal state and facility regulations
Support rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR
Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
Active Colorado LPN License
Minimum 3 years of experience in LTC hospital or similar clinical setting
