What Youll Do

• Master the full automotive sales process from start to finish
• Train across key departments:
  • Business Development Center (BDC)
  • Sales
  • Finance
• Develop leadership skills to coach mentor and lead a team
• Deliver a fast seamless and customer-first buying experience
• Support our goal of delivering vehicles within 1 hour of purchase decision
