Position Overview
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced outpatient environment. This role requires strong patient care skills attention to detail and fluency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and clinical procedures
Measure and record vital signs medical histories and patient information
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
Perform basic clinical duties to support patient care
Manage front-desk responsibilities including scheduling check-in and check-out
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure exam rooms are clean organized and fully stocked
Communicate effectively with patients providers and team members
Adhere to infection control safety and compliance protocols
Deliver exceptional patient service and contribute to a positive care environment
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin (required)
Strong clinical and administrative skillset
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or GED required
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a Medical Assistant role preferred
