Nature of Work

Assist in Medical Compliance program implementation by performing specialized functions distinctive to Medical Compliance.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Produces and composes routine correspondence or documents pertaining to the program(s) being administered.

  • Provides guidance and information regarding the administrative procedures surrounding the program policies procedures or services.

  • Processes data related to the administration of the program(s) following pre-determined procedures.

  • Compiles and/or coordinates fiscal data as it relates to the program; reconciles and monitors program accounts.

  • May assist upper-level management in the overall administration pertaining to the program.

  • During declared campus emergencies this position may be required to perform specific job-related duties at a designated on- or off-campus location or place of residence.

Marginal Functions

  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Departmental Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Programs.

  • Displays a positive self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrates a caring and patient attitude and utilizes resolution skills when interacting with students and staff.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Florida Statute 112.219.

A CSA is not expected to investigate or determine whether a criminal incident actually took place. A CSA s responsibility is a duty to report.
