Senior Financial Analyst (mfd)
Job Summary
What you will do
- Build maintain and improve complex financial models to support decision making
- Perform company and project valuations such as DCF multiples and scenario analysis
- Challenge validate and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and key value drivers
- Prepare financial analyses and decision-support material for senior management
- Prepare user-friendly & insightful Power Point presentation
- Act as sparring partner to Executive Management Team Controlling Business Groups and Strategy
- Support budgeting forecasting and long-term planning processes
- Promote a data-driven and analytical decision-making culture in the organization
- Perform month end closing analysis including P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow review
- Improve MEC processes to increase speed accuracy and reliability of monthly closing
- Drive standardization and automation of reporting packages and KPI dashboards across Business Groups
What you will need
- Masters degree in Finance Controlling Economics or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Big Four firm or similar highperformance environment
- Strong interest in projectdriven work and crossfunctional collaboration
- Highly analytical thinker with strong problemsolving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models
- Advanced Power Point skills (e.g. also Thinkcell)
- Strong affinity for BI tools and data analytics ( BW. SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex topics clearly
- Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive insights
- High level of accuracy structure and attention to detail
- Selfstarter with motivation to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Ability to work independently while engaging stakeholders effectively
- Reliable team player with a proactive and handson mentality
- Fluency in English written and spoken
