Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sterling OMS Architect / Manager with 14 years of IT experience and strong expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System to lead architecture implementation enhancement and support initiatives for enterprise ecommerce and omnichannel order management programs.

The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS solution design integrations team leadership stakeholder management and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable enterprise solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System.
• Define end-to-end OMS architecture for Order Capture Inventory Fulfillment Returns and Customer Service flows.
• Lead modernization upgrade and transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical governance and best practices.

Development & Integration

• Oversee customization and development in Sterling OMS modules.
• Design integrations with:
  • ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA Oracle etc.)
  • Ecommerce platforms
  • WMS / TMS systems
  • Payment gateways
  • CRM systems
• APIs REST/SOAP services MQ middleware integrations.

Team Management

• Lead offshore/onshore teams of developers analysts and support engineers.
• Conduct code reviews mentoring and technical guidance.
• Resource planning and delivery management.

Stakeholder Management

• Interact with business teams product owners client leadership and vendors.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Provide status reporting risk management and escalation handling.

Support & Operations

• Lead production support and incident resolution.
• Ensure SLA adherence and system stability.
• Performance tuning and monitoring.

Required Skills:

Functional / Technical

• 14 years total IT experience.
• 8 years hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System.
• Strong knowledge of:
