Type: Full Time Exempt
Work Schedule: Day Shift Monday - Friday
Compensation: $83000-$85000/annually

Tessera is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator. This individual will coordinate task order projects circulate Statement of Work (SOW) orders to subcontractors and select best fit subcontractors for jobs.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Planning researching and coordinating the project activities to ensure service order and task order objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties.
Establish work plans and staffing requirement(s) for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment and/or assignment of subcontract project personnel where applicable. Confer with subcontract project staff to outline work plans and assign duties responsibilities and scope(s) of authority.
Lead preconstruction and project coordination meetings with end users and Facility Management (FM) staff various mid to high level government staff and contractors.
Ensure subcontractors and employees assigned service orders have met Safety Training Standards developed an Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) for the work obtained all permits (Confined Space Hot Work and EEWP) and have the proper certifications or license for the work being performed.
Develop market research for invitations(s) to bid and then recommend to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Award contract(s) to the optimum bidder(s).
Develop Independent Contractor Estimates (ICE) for the CORS comparative analysis of contractors proposals.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget; Send weekly updates to FM and PM; update MAXIMO to reflect job status.
Provide technical guidance to assist Facilities Management and upper level staff for construction and facilities management related activities.
Complete close out documentation for each project and Update project binders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in construction renovation maintenance and repair project management federal government design and construction management and including the supervisory experience over a diversified workforce.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
OSHA 30-hour certification required.
Requirements:
Valid State Drivers license required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tesseras insurance company.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances as background checks will be conducted for this position.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Class 1-5 Forklift License. A valid forklift license is not required at the time of hire but is preferred.
