Job Summary

Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end design implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions driving maintenance scheduling MRO warehouse integration and Ariba procurement alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own EAM solution design (work orders preventive/corrective maintenance asset structures)
Lead work management lifecycle (plan schedule execute close)
Drive detailed scheduling capacity planning and compliance tracking
Integrate EAM with MRO warehouse (directed picking staging inventory control)
Lead SAP Ariba integration (procurement services PO lifecycle)
Engage stakeholders across Maintenance Supply Chain and Operations
Support testing cutover and hypercare

Requirements:

10 years SAP EAM/S/4HANA experience
Strong expertise in maintenance scheduling & MRO supply chain
Hands-on Ariba integration experience
Industry experience (manufacturing/utilities/oil & gas)
Leadership & stakeholder management skills
