SAP Track Lead Source to Pay processes, Novonesis

Join us as our new SAP Track Lead for Source to Pay processes. You will become part of a team of 55 internal SAP architects specialists and developers in IT responsible for the design implementation and support of our global SAP platforms. We are currently working on a greenfield S/4 implementation that will replace our two legacy ECC systems over the coming this role you will be an important player acting as IT track lead working closely with the business and Deloitte track leads for source to pay processes.

You will be based in our S/4 program office in Lyngby where all resources from IT Business and Deloitte are colocated for the duration of the S/4 program. As we deliver products to the human health industry our new S/4 platform will be a validated system and experience from working in a validated environment is therefore an advantage.

The Role & Your Impact

In this role you will take ownership of the IT track for Source to Pay within our global S/4HANA program and ensure close alignment between IT business stakeholders and our implementation partner.

You will make an impact by:

• Managing implementation tasks including distribution of work to allocated IT colleagues

• Working on functional specifications and configuration documentation

• Evaluating change requests in cooperation with the business track lead and Deloitte track lead

• Participating in data migration test and cutover activities

• Participating in the rollout of the system to our global production and distribution sites

• Participating in change advisory board meetings

What Youll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role you must:

• Hold a . production engineering or a related field

• Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience with some or all of the listed technologies

• Be familiar with validated systems

• Be analytical focused selfdriven and have a cando attitude

• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English

• Be able to travel as international visits will be a mandatory part of the job

The new joint platform will be an S/4HANA greenfield system and solid experience within MM including Material Management and Procurement Master Data Inventory Management and Logistics Invoice Handling is essential for success in the role. Also the inter-/intracompany processes are owned by the track so knowledge about this area is also essential.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

Experience from working in large global SAP transformation programs is an advantage as is experience collaborating closely with external implementation partners. Prior involvement in SAP rollouts to production or distribution sites is also considered a plus.
