Job Summary

Central Alberta Youth Unlimited exists to bring the Hope of Jesus to youth facilitating Wholeness through mentoring relationships.

The part-time Incline Ministry Staff will minister to youth and families involved in the overall local Central Alberta Youth Unlimited Youth Engagement/Incline program.

Under the direction of the acting supervisor the Central Alberta Youth Engagement/Incline Ministry Staff are empowered to:

Be a liaison for schools
Plan and execute programs in the Incline Skateboard Park
Facilitate lunch programs for students in the living room area of Incline
Set-up and operate canteen
Updating Social Media
Oversee rentals
Provide admin support for program workers/volunteers
Review waivers
Organize storage rooms
Maintain Planning Center
Communication with parents/guardians of youth and Timber staff as needed
Meet with supervisor regularly attend staff meetings and pray for other staff.
Participate in recruiting and in the orientation of prayer support resources and encouragement for volunteer staff.
Participate in Central Alberta Youth Unlimited fundraising events as requested.
Complete monthly Ministry Reports as required adhere to the Central Alberta Youth Unlimited Staff Policy Manual and abide by health and safety requirements.
Pursue an active growing relationship with God by participating in a local church community and a small group or mentoring relationship. Pray for and with other staff. Engage in worship and spiritual rhythms.
