As a Medical/Surgical RN you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care supporting recovery and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including patient assessment planning implementation and evaluation
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Support post-operative care and patient recovery
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and hospital policies
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- At least 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience (preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
