Essential Job Functions
- Lead strategic sourcing for key raw material categories across US sites with opportunities to support broader regional and global initiatives
- Drive supplier selection negotiations and contracting to optimize total cost of ownership and supply reliability
- Develop and execute category strategies that improve quality service innovation and sustainability performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify supply risks implement mitigation plans and ensure continuity of supply
- Deliver measurable cost savings and value creation through structured sourcing and negotiation activities
- Build strong collaborative supplier relationships including performance management and continuous improvement
- Champion sustainability compliance and ESG initiatives across the supplier base
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Engineering Chemistry Finance Business or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement strategic sourcing or category management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in regulated industries and complex supply chains preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
- Confident communicator with a resultsdriven resilient and improvementfocused mindset
The expected salary range for this role is 106000 $- 129000K $ but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other job-related non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan medical dental vision life and disability insurance paid time off paid holidays and paid sick leave.
