Customer Experience Agent (B2B)
Location - Northampton
Salary - Up to 32000
Hours - MondayFriday Office-based
Our client is looking for a friendly confident and professional Customer Experience Agent to join their team. Youll be helping our UK business customers day-to-day answering questions solving issues and making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
What Youll Do
- Support customers via email chat and phone
- Help new customers get set up and feel confident using our service
- Handle returns credits refunds and any escalations
- Keep on top of KPIs like Customer Satisfaction Return Resolution & On-Time Orders
- Spot issues in the customer journey and suggest improvements
- Work closely with Sales Finance Purchasing & Warehouse teams
- Manage a busy workload while staying accurate and organised
What Youll Need
- 3 years in customer service / customer experience
- B2B experience (orders deliveries returns credits)
- IT Literate MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail and able to follow processes
- Team player who can handle a fast-paced environment
