Key Responsibilities
- Preventive & Reactive Maintenance:Developing schedules to prevent failures and quickly fixing machinery when breakdowns occur.
- Troubleshooting:Diagnosing equipment failures usingspecific technical tools.
- Plan Development:Creating maintenance strategies updating procedures and managing equipment upgrades.
- Resource Management:Ordering spare parts controlling maintenance budgets and managing contractor work.
- Safety & Compliance:Ensuring all equipment meets safety regulations and operational standards.
- Team Leadership:Coordinating training and supervising technicians or operators in utilizing equipment.

- Technical knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
