Es la persona encargada de revisar que los auxiliares lleven a cabalidad los procesos y procedimientos en la distribución y entrega de las dietas a cada uno de los pacientes como también se encarga de organizar y hacer los horarios de los auxiliares de dietas en cada una de sus labores y verifica que cada uno de ellos lleve a cabo sus funciones a cabalidad. Adicionalmente se encarga de revisar verificar y hacer cumplir cada uno de los procesos formatos y normas de calidad para asegurar su estricto cumplimiento.
