In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1 your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Develop project timelines proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings sprints and project phases to align expectations and objectives
Support technical teams in executing development integration and customization stages of enterprise application packages ensuring adherence to project requirements
Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience
Infosys is seeking an Adaptive Insights Consultant with strong leadership skills. Consultant will interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. They will perform a role of Adaptive Insights lead and advisor. The consultant should have ability to translate business requirements to solution design communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. as well as have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.
Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Adaptive Insights finance planning.
Candidate should be techno-functional or functional resource. Functional background must be Finance domain.
Problem solving skills on day-to-day basis for the issues coming from Adaptive Insights.
Good communication to work with client users and understand the requirement and work out the solutions.
Familiar with Adaptive tool components (attributes dimensions etc.).
Production support - must be able to handle incidents and service requests resolution along with problem solving.
Production support - must support to the integrations from Adaptive Insights to other HR & finance systems.
Must be able to provide enhancements / process improvements on Adaptive insights.
Consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
Working with end users to document the business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements - with attention to detail.
Supporting budgets forecasts and reports within Adaptive Insights for finance.
Analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet-based models).
Interacting with product vendor (in this case Workday) for any support queries.
Demonstrate understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives.
Establish connections to various systems and build end to end integrations that will extract transform and load data into Adaptive Insights.
Work with clients to ensure their data is formatted correctly imports successfully and reconciles to source system.

Preferred Skill and Experience
Leverage prior EPM CPM and/or ERP implementation and integrations experience to better advise client on multi-application solutions and technology landscape.
Ability and interest in solving technical problems in network connectivity windows account security ETL SQL programming database access web service calls APIs and programming logic.
Experience in requirements gathering requirement analysis documentation and development of use cases.
Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing models tools and data.
Provide technical guidance (design model configuration troubleshooting etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products.
Ability to communicate complex technology to stakeholders or management teams.

Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
