Job Summary
The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload sort and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team members
- Works cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution Center
- Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons)
- Sorting cartons onto pallets
- Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers)
- Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers
Qualifications & Competencies:
- 1 years warehousing or training experience
- Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment
- Ability to work with others in a positive environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds required
