About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Temenos Transact Architect to join the Temenos Centre of Excellence within the GDS - Banking and Capital Markets practice. The role will provide strategic architectural leadership across endtoend delivery programs ensuring robust scalable and compliant core banking solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Define and own endtoend solution architecture for Temenos Transact (T24) implementations across modules.
• Design scalable secure and highperformance Temenos architectures aligned with business regulatory and operational requirements.
• Lead architecture reviews technical design discussions and solution walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders.
• Provide architectural oversight for upgrades migrations modernization and cloud readiness initiatives.

Delivery Ownership & Implementation

• Take endtoend delivery accountability for Temenos Transact modules from requirements through golive and postproduction stabilization.
• Partner with program and delivery managers to plan milestones estimates cutover strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with Temenos best practices implementation standards and architectural guidelines.
• Oversee SIT UAT cutover and production rollout activities.

Module & Platform Leadership

• Lead design and delivery across key Temenos Transact modules such as:
  • Customer Accounts Deposits Lending Credits
  • Arrangement Architecture
  • Payments (Payments Hub )
  • Treasury / Securities (preferred)
  • Trade Finance
  • General Ledger and Finance
  • Reporting & Data
    • MIS / Regulatory Reporting
    • Extracts & Interfaces
    • Data Archival
    • Downstream system feeds
• Provide expert guidance on TAFJ jBASE EB services APIs and product configuration.
• Ensure architectural consistency across customization parameterization and data models.

Integration Modernization & Technology Enablement

• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs Temenos Integration Framework (TIF) and eventbased patterns.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including DevOps CI/CD and automation for Temenos delivery.
• Guide data migration reconciliation and interaction with downstream/upstream systems.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders client stakeholders and senior IT leadership.
• Lead and mentor technical and functional teams across onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Collaborate with Temenos system integrators and thirdparty vendors.
• Support presales activities including solutioning estimations and RFP responses.

Skills and attributes for success

Core Experience & Expertise

• 12 years of experience in Core Banking solutions with deep expertise in Temenos Transact (T24).
• Proven experience working as a Module Architect or Solution Architect on largescale implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of banking products and processes (Retail Corporate Payments).
• Demonstrated delivery leadership in complex multistream programs.

Technical Skills

• Temenos Transact architecture customization and configuration
• TAFJ / jBASE development
• EB triggers routines and services
• Temenos APIs and integration frameworks
• SQL and UNIX/Linux
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) is an added advantage

Certifications & Preferred Qualifications

• Temenos certifications (Architecture / Transact modules)
• Experience working with Tier1 banks or large financial institutions
• Exposure to regulatory compliance and largevolume transaction environments
• Agile or SAFe delivery experience
